These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation as an authorized affiliate (“you,” “your,” or “Affiliate”) in the DentiMints Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by DentiMints, LLC (“DentiMints,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By applying for, being approved for, or participating in our Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete affiliate application through our website.
We review all applications and reserve the right to accept or reject any applicant at our sole discretion.

We may reject applications for reasons including, but not limited to, promoting content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, harmful to our brand, or in violation of advertising regulations.

2. Affiliate Obligations

By participating in our Program, you agree to:

• Promote DentiMints products truthfully, accurately, and ethically.

• Comply with all applicable advertising laws, regulations, and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding affiliate marketing disclosures.

• Refrain from making false claims about our products, including medical, dental, or health benefit claims not supported by official DentiMints materials.

• Avoid sending unsolicited email (spam) or engaging in deceptive marketing practices.

• Represent DentiMints’ brand in a positive and professional manner.

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account if you violate any of these obligations.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn the following commissions for qualifying sales:

• 25% commission on the first purchase made by a new customer you refer.

• 15% commission on all repeat purchases made by the same customer.

Commissions are based on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, handling, and discounts).

Commissions are tracked through the use of cookies and affiliate tracking links provided through our affiliate dashboard.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid via PayPal on the 15th and 30th of each month.

• A minimum holding period of 10 business days applies before commissions are eligible for payout, to allow for potential chargebacks, returns, or cancellations.

• Affiliates may request early payouts via writing support@dentimints.com for a small administrative fee.

• It is your responsibility to ensure your PayPal account information is accurate and up-to-date.

We are not responsible for any missed or failed payments due to incorrect payment information.

5. Coupon Codes and Marketing Materials

Affiliates are provided with a customizable coupon code (subject to DentiMints’ approval) that offers customers free shipping on their orders.

Affiliates may access marketing materials such as banners, logos, and product images through the affiliate dashboard.
All marketing materials must be used in a manner that reflects positively on DentiMints and must not be altered without prior written approval.

6. Program Violations and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violating these terms of service.

• Withhold or cancel commissions if fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, misrepresentation, or breach of this Agreement is detected.

• Update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.

Affiliates must review the Terms regularly. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

DentiMints will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program.
We make no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the Program or any DentiMints products or services.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
