We take pride in delivering high-quality products designed to make oral care convenient and accessible anytime, anywhere.

Please review our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our website are considered final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a verified issue with your order.
Due to the nature of our product and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.


2. Issues with Your Order

If there is a problem with your order – such as receiving the wrong item, damaged packaging upon delivery, or a missing item — please contact us at support@dentimints.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and/or packaging (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


3. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly if there is any problem with an order.
We are happy to work with you to find a resolution.

Please note that unauthorized chargebacks submitted through your payment provider may be disputed.
We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery and order fulfillment to Stripe or your financial institution to reverse any fraudulent or invalid chargebacks.


4. Shipping Errors or Lost Packages

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, DentiMints is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during transit.

We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider if necessary.
